Hi, I’m Ashli, the artist behind AS Artistry.
For nearly five years, I’ve specialized in creating soft, natural-looking permanent makeup that enhances your features, not overpowers them. My approach is rooted in precision, artistry, and a genuine passion for helping women feel confident in their own skin. Every brow is thoughtfully customized because no two faces are the same.
I’m committed to continually refining my craft through ongoing education, studying healed results, and staying current with the latest techniques and pigments. My goal is simple: to create timeless brows that heal beautifully, simplify your routine, and leave you feeling like the best version of yourself.
See you soon, ♡

Aspirin
Ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatory medications

Do not discontinue prescribed medications without first consulting your healthcare provider.
Skin Types
Permanent makeup heals differently on every skin type.
Normal to dry skin typically retains pigment the best.
Oily skin may heal softer and require more frequent maintenance.
Mature skin may require technique adjustments for the best outcome.
Clients with active acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, or rosacea in the brow area may need to wait until the skin has fully healed before treatment.
Important to Know
Permanent makeup is considered a cosmetic tattoo. While every effort is made to achieve your desired results, healed outcomes vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications, sun exposure, and your body’s natural healing process.
For the best possible outcome, please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions and attend your recommended 6–8 week perfecting appointment. We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, dedicated to building with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.

The Brow Experience
Your appointment is designed to be relaxed, collaborative, and completely personalized. My goal is for you to feel confident every step of the way, from consultation to your final reveal.
Step 1 | Consultation & Paperwork
We’ll begin by reviewing your consent forms, medical history, and discussing any questions or concerns you may have. This is also where we’ll talk about your lifestyle, skin type, and desired brow style to ensure permanent makeup is the right fit for you.
Step 2 | Brow Goals
Next, we’ll discuss your vision.
Whether you love a soft, natural look or prefer a more defined brow, we’ll review your preferences together. I’ll also provide professional recommendations based on your facial features, natural brow pattern, and skin type to create the most flattering, timeless result.
Step 3 | Brow Mapping
Every set of brows is carefully mapped to your unique facial structure.
Using precise measurements and facial symmetry, I’ll create a custom shape designed specifically for you. You’ll have plenty of time to look in the mirror, ask questions, and request adjustments before we begin.
Nothing is tattooed until you’re completely happy with the shape.
Step 4 | Outline
Once you’ve approved your design, I’ll create a light outline using your chosen pigment. This gently opens the skin and creates a guide for the remainder of your treatment.
At this stage, you’ll begin to get a better idea of how your final brows will look.
Step 5 | Numbing
After the outline is complete, a topical numbing gel is applied to maximize your comfort throughout the remainder of the appointment.
Most clients describe the procedure as very tolerable, with only mild discomfort.
Step 6 | Shading
Once you’re comfortable, we’ll begin building your brows using a soft pixel-shading technique.
This is where your brows truly come to life. Pigment is carefully layered to create a soft, natural gradient that heals into a beautifully powdered finish. Every pass is intentional, allowing me to customize the density and softness specifically for your skin and desired result.
Step 7 | Your Final Reveal
Once your brows are complete, we’ll review your new shape together and take your after photos.
You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions, healing expectations, and everything you need to know before you leave.
Please remember that your brows will appear darker immediately after your appointment and will soften significantly throughout the healing process.
Perfecting Appointment
Permanent makeup is a two-step process.
Your perfecting appointment is scheduled 6–8 weeks after your initial visit. During this appointment, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to the color, shape, or density once your brows have fully healed.
This final session ensures your brows heal beautifully and last as long as possible.
Approximate appointment time: 2.5–3.5 hours
This allows plenty of time for consultation, mapping, numbing, treatment, photos, and making sure you never feel rushed.
We believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something we're proud to share. -
Healing Timeline & Aftercare
Every client heals differently, but here’s what you can typically expect during the healing process. Remember, healed brows are always softer and lighter than they appear immediately after your appointment.
Healing Timeline
Day 1
Your brows may appear darker than expected, and you may notice mild redness around the treated area. Depending on the pigment selected, you may also see a temporary orange or warm cast. This is completely normal and occurs as the pigment begins to oxidize. It typically fades within a few hours.
Day 2
Your brows will often appear even darker than the first day. This is part of the normal oxidation process as the pigment settles into the skin. Don’t worry, this is only temporary.
Day 3
Your brows will begin forming light scabs or a crust-like layer as your skin starts healing.
Days 4–8
During this stage, your brows will continue to scab and naturally flake. As the flakes come off, the pigment underneath may look extremely light or even seem like it has disappeared.
Please don’t panic, this is completely normal.
This stage is often called the ghosting phase, where a fresh layer of skin temporarily hides the pigment.
Please do not pick, peel, or scratch your scabs. Removing them prematurely can pull pigment from the skin, create uneven healing, and may even lead to minor scarring.
Day 9 and Beyond
Most of the scabbing should be gone, but your brows may still appear much lighter than expected. Around the second week, you’ll begin to notice the color gradually returning as your skin continues to heal.
The average healing process takes approximately 4 weeks.
Around Day 30
Your brows should now appear about 30% softer and lighter than they did immediately after your appointment, with a beautiful, natural powdery finish.
Remember that permanent makeup is semi-permanent and will gradually fade over time. Skin type, lifestyle, skincare products, sun exposure, and overall health all affect how long your results last.
Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential for beautiful, long-lasting healed results.
For the first 7 days:
Keep your brows as dry as possible.
Avoid swimming, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and excessive sweating.
Apply a very thin layer of the recommended aftercare ointment once daily (unless otherwise instructed).
Allow your brows to breathe, more ointment is not better.
Do not pick, peel, scratch, or rub your brows.
Avoid makeup, skincare products, exfoliants, acids, retinol, or active ingredients directly on the treated area.
Sleep on a clean pillowcase and avoid sleeping directly on your face when possible.
Long-Term Care
To help your brows stay beautiful for as long as possible:
Wear SPF 30+ sunscreen daily once your brows have fully healed.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure and tanning.
Be mindful that chemical peels, laser treatments, exfoliating products, and certain skincare ingredients may cause your brows to fade more quickly.
Schedule your recommended 6–8 week perfecting appointment, as permanent makeup is a two-step process and most clients need a touch-up to perfect the healed results.
Trust the process. Every brow heals differently, and patience is key. If you ever have questions during your healing journey, I’m always happy to help. I can’t wait for you to enjoy your beautiful new brows!
